We are seeking an experienced and inspired Occupational Therapist for a position that encorporates core Child and Adolescent Mental Health clinical work and Workfirst Occupational Therapy (employment and study specialist work), supporting tamariki and rangitahi with moderate to severe mental health issues. This role is based at Te Whare Marie CAMHS. You will also be part of the CCDHB Workfirst Occupational Therapy team that offers specialist employment and study support to youth mental health services around the region.
Te Whare Marie is a progressive service that offers specialist Māori Mental Health Services throughout the Wellington and Greater Wellington region. The service offers effective and appropriate assessment, treatment and care management to tangata whaiora and whānau in a cultural setting, emphasising whanaungatanga, tikanga and Te Reo development. The service strives to meet the needs of tangata whaiora by providing holistic services that respect, value and include whānau beliefs, customs, language and culture.
