The CRISS Cardiology/Heart Failure (HF) team is a small, dynamic, innovative team with a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team.
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse and be on the post graduate pathway, having completed or be working towards a relevant post graduate qualification. An extensive background in Cardiology is a prerequisite, while experience in CCU is desirable. This is a permanent role.
In collaboration with the CRISS Cardiology Nursing team, providing education, support and advocacy throughout the patient's disease trajectory. You will work with appropriate services, to ensure patient centred care is provided.
Motivation, the ability to engage people, excellent clinical assessment, education and communication skills in addition to expert nursing knowledge and extensive clinical experience is essential for the role. A full drivers licence is mandatory.
